Promoter proposes to help fund repairs to White Rock pier by staging dangerous stunt

In an effort to draw people back to the White Rock waterfront once the storm-damaged pier is repaired Brooke Colby believes a death-defying motorcycle stunt should be part of the festivities. Aaron McArthur explains how it would work.
