Con Edison employee says electric fire may have caused arcing leading to blue sky in New York

A brief electrical fire involving transformers broke out at a Con Edison facility in Queens, New York on Thursday evening. The utility company’s spokesperson Bob McGee said that the electrical fire may have led to an arcing in the skyline, causing it to light up in a neon blue colour.
