Kevin Spacey ‘reprises’ role of Frank Underwood in cryptic new video

Actor Kevin Spacy released a cryptic video on his YouTube account Monday whereby he seemed to reprise his iconic role of Frank Underwood from the hit Netflix show “House of Cards” (where his character was killed off in the wake of sexual misconduct allegations) to seemingly address his own situation in a roundabout way.
