Prime Minister Justin Trudeau reacted Wednesday that there were reports an Abu Sayyaf militant who beheaded two Canadians in 2016 was on Facebook and said the RCMP was still investigating the incident, and said at this time their policy remained the same that they did not pay ransoms to terrorist organizations.
