Opioid rates in smaller Canadian communities more than double than those of large ones

The opioid crisis is just as serious as ever, according to new numbers that show 2,000 Canadians died in the first half of 2018. As Abigail Bimman reports, it’s not just a big city problems, with smaller communities showing opioid hospitalization rates at more than double their larger counterparts.
