Crown Attorney Jennifer Mann slammed the argument of defence laywer Greg Brodsky who told the Manitoba Court of Appeal on Wednesday that the trial judge was wrong to find Andrea Giesbrecht guilty because she was not trying to dispose of the infants but rather kept them in the heated, rented locker to preserve them for future visits.
