Google CEO confirms extensive data collection of its users during testimony to Congress

When testifying to Congress on Tuesday, Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai confirmed that Google collects extensive data from its users that can range from exact phone locations per second, surrounding temperature, to what floor of a building a user is in, saying it depends on the user’s choice to use these specific apps and to read the privacy policies.
