‘Jeremiah was my whole world’: Jeremiah Perry’s mother at memorial

The Toronto District School Board honoured Jeremiah Perry at a memorial service on Friday. “Jeremiah was my whole world,” said his mother Melissa in an emotional speech. Perry, 15, drowned in Algonquin Park on July 4, 2017.
