Driver charged with impaired driving after vehicle plunges into Lake Ontario near Oakville

Halton Regional Police have laid charges against the driver of a vehicle that drove into Lake Ontario from a dead-end street in Oakville early Monday morning. Police continue to investigate to determine if other occupants were involved. Marianne Dimain has more.
