Supreme Court of Canada rules in favour of Hydro-Québec over Churchill Falls energy deal

Fri, Nov 2: The Supreme Court of Canada has put a rest to the ongoing legal battle between Quebec and Newfoundland and Labrador. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, the court says the two provinces do not need to renegotiate the 1969 Churchill Falls energy deal.
