Trudeau’s carbon tax is ‘unconstitutional’: Moe

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe called Trudeau’s carbon tax a ‘cynical attempt to buy your vote’ and urged the federal government to hold off on imposing the carbon tax until the province’s constitutional challenges have been heard.
