Former boss of Cesar Sayoc says he did not talk politics, was a ‘prankster’

Stacy Saccal, who was the general manager at the club where pipe bombs suspect Cesar Sayoc worked, said Friday she was in shock over him being identified as the suspect and said he was like any other employee and a “prankster” at work.
