Crosstown town hall meeting searches for solutions to drug problem

There is rising concern among residents living at the edge of the Downtown Eastside. Repeated discoveries of discarded needles, garbage and human waste have prompted calls for all levels of government and local health authorities to step up their involvement. Nadia Stewart reports.
