North Vancouver ‘hostel’ still operating despite court order

It appears to be business as usual at a North Vancouver townhouse that has been operating as a hostel for months. A cease and desist order was issued to the property’s owner, but as Ted Chernecki reports, it doesn’t seem to be stopping her.
