Roderick Benns is the publisher of The Lindsay Advocate., and author of 'Basic Income: How a Canadian Movement Could Change the World,'. He is also Vice Chair of the Ontario Basic Income Network. He contributed to the effort to get Lindsay accepted as one of 3 Ontario Pilot Project communities, and led a protest rally in Lindsay in light of the news of the program's cancellation in it's first of 3 proposed years.
