You may see the region's new mobile health unit out on the streets. The pilot project allows medical professionals to get out and provide care to people who may not otherwise seek it. As Aaron Streck reports, Oshawa Regional Councillor Dan Carter fought for the mobile unit in part because of his own experiences.
