Dominic LeBlanc was sworn in as Minister of Intergovernmental and Northern Affairs and Internal Trade on Wednesday, changing portfolios from Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard. He also becomes the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada.
