Plastic ban could have negative impact on Winnipeggers living with disabilities

The banning of single-use plastic straws has been picking up steam in 2018, with more than 65 restaurants in the city buying into the green initiative. But some advocacy groups say the ban has unintended consequence on people living with disabilities.
