Mexico extradites key lieutenant of drug kingpin ‘El Chapo’ to U.S.

Mexico extradited a senior lieutenant of the Sinaloa Cartel drug gang formerly headed by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, to the U.S. on Friday the attorney general’s office said.
