Man in underwear runs onto Atlanta airport tarmac

Videos taken from a plane shows a man, in his underpants running around the tarmac at the Atlanta airport Tuesday. Police say the man scaled a fence, jumped onto the wing of an airplane and pounded on its windows before being arrested.
