Opposition Leader asks Prime Minister why there’s delay in Canadian tariffs taking effect

During Monday’s Question Period, when Opposition Leader Andrew Scheer asked Prime Minister Justin Trudeau why Canadian tariffs on the U.S. will not go into effect until July, Trudeau responded that before implementing them, it’s important to consult with Canadians so that the tariffs do not negatively impact workers in Canada.
