Traffic sign squabble leaves Anjou drivers seeing black

Fri, May 18: Anjou drivers say they have been getting ticketed due to a new traffic sign in the area. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, the sign now appears to have been vandalized to make it less clear – but police say the black paint came from the borough itself.
