Toronto van attack: Resident tearfully calls incident ‘unthinkable’

Libby Roach said Tuesday she was flooded with calls when the Toronto van attack occurred because she normally works downtown and visited the memorial because “you can’t work, you can’t move on” without paying respect to the victims.
