It’s been seven days since heavy rainfall caused flooding in the small community of Willowbrook, north west of Oliver. As water levels subside — work is underway to prevent future disasters. Local residents say agencies responsible for flood mitigation dragged their feet until a crisis hit. Shelby Thom reports.
