Toronto police have arrested and charged Abdirahman Islow with first-degree murder in the death of innocent bystander, 26-year-old Nnamdi Ogba. It’s the third man facing charges in the shooting death of Ogba. As Jamie Mauracher reports, the Scarlettwood neighbourhood in Etobicoke says it wants to see the violence end.
