Châteauguay honours late ‘Parade Man’ at St. Patrick’s Day parade

Sunday’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Châteauguay was held in memory of the late Ernie Presseau – better known as Parade Man. Presseau passed away last year after working on more than 70 parades throughout his lifetime.
