International Olympic Committee says ban on Russia lifted if rest of OAR team test negative for banned substances

The International Olympic Committee’s president said Sunday that if the rest of the Olympic Athletes from Russia team test negative for banned substances at the Pyeongchang Olympic Games, the ban on Russia from competing in further games will be lifted.
