Quadruple amputee soon to be homeless

Before Christmas, we introduced you to John Black: a quadruple amputee who was struggling to find a new place to move to. He thought he had a new home as of this coming Thursday only to find out it wasn’t available. Now he has no place to go. Julia Foy has more.
