Sun, Feb 11 – It’s been a tumultuous last couple years for the Canadian Birkebeiner. The event has experience low snow totals and icy conditions in years past, which forced the event to be cancelled two years ago. But as Julia Wong reports, the weather has been on the event’s side this year.
