Fri, Jan 19: Six days after a major storm, Montreal's snow removal operation is nearly complete. But as Global's Dan Spector reports, one of the city's snow dumps is almost full which has had repercussions on snow removal in Côte-des-Neige-Notre-Dame-de-Grâce.
