Thu, Jan 18: An underground tunnel running east to west below Macleod Trail will be shut later this month. Police said they responded 26 times to the area to deal with complaints of drug use – including a fatal overdose – as well as bonfires and aggressive panhandling last year. Gary Bobrovitz has more.
