Alberta plays host to Meridian Canadian Open curling event

Some of the world’s best curlers will be in Alberta next week for the Meridian Canadian Open. The event is seen as a “warm-up” for the Olympics, with some of the world’s best curlers taking part ahead of the Winter Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea in February.
