Edmonton firefighters administer naloxone almost every other day: chief

Dec 28 – Edmonton firefighters began carrying naloxone — an antidote for opioid overdoses — in February. Over the summer, they were administering it almost every other day. So what’s next for the fire department in 2018? Kim Smith sat down with with chief Ken Block.
