Medical labs need new deal, more competition

The CEO of one of Ontario’s oldest, and smaller medical laboratories says the province needs to fix the lab system. Gerard Kennedy says the duopoly that allows two companies to bill for more than 90 per cent of tests is out of date and needs an overhaul. Sean O’Shea reports.
