Investigators looking at possibility someone distracted engineer in deadly Amtrak derailment

Investigators are on the scene of a deadly train derailment in Washington State. It appears the Amtrak train was going too fast and there are questions whether the engineer may have been distracted by a second person in the locomotive cab.
