‘Dreamers’ reunite with relatives at border wall ahead budget vote

Concerned ‘Dreamers’ and their Mexican relatives met at the border between Mexico and the U.S. on Sunday, as many of the young people protected by DACA fear deportation as the government tries to avoid a year-end shutdown.
