Horgan addresses possible division with Green Party and Indigenous groups following Site C decision

B.C. Premier John Horgan acknowledges the decision on Site C is a divisive one for both the Green Party and Indigenous groups, but he believes there is still plenty of goodwill to move ahead on other issues.
