‘Anything less should be the subject of outrage’: shooting victim wants Teneycke behind bars indefinitely

Should a prolific offender in the south Okanagan be put away indefinitely? That’s what a judge is mulling as the dangerous offender hearing for Ronald Teneycke comes to a close.
Teneycke has 37 convictions on his criminal record and one of his victims says anything less than the maximum sentence should cause outrage in the community.
