100th anniversary of Battle of Passchendaele marked by Canadians

Friday marked the centennial of the hard fought Battle of Passchendaele in Ypres, which garnered Canada international respect for what the country’s soldiers endured, while leaving 4,000 Canadians killed and another 12,000 wounded.
