Puerto Rico governor makes impassioned plea: “Forget the fighting”

Governor Ricardo Rossello of Puerto Rico made an impassioned plea during a news conference on Sunday to “forget the fighting” and instead, “to focus on outcome.” He said recovery efforts on the island should be “non-partisan.”
