Former Edmontonian helping with rescue efforts as Harvey brings flooding to Texas

As Tropical Storm Harvey poured rain on the Houston area for the fourth consecutive day, causing mass flooding, one former Edmontonian was in the area helping with the rescue efforts. Gord Steinke speaks to volunteer firefighter Ben Spooner.
