Freeland won’t say if climate change is ‘deal breaker’ in NAFTA talks

Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister Chrysita Freeland refused to say outright Monday whether climate change regulations would be a “deal breaker” during upcoming NAFTA talks with the United States.
