Record-breaking attendance at Heritage Festival results in buses coming to a standstill

Edmonton’s Heritage Festival set a single-day attendance record on Sunday. As a result, roads leading in and out of Hawrelak Park were a disaster and buses were brought to a standstill at one point. Kim Smith reports.
