Sun, Jul 23: Vancouver’s rental affordability crisis can’t get any worse. So the mayor of Vancouver is pitching a new plan to get low to middle class income earners able to live and work in the city. It’s similar to another plan by UBC to try to keep staff and faculty on campus. But will it work? Jill Bennett reports.
