Omar Khadr settlement: Feds place ‘premium’ on Supreme Court rulings

Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada Jody Wilson-Raybould explained Friday that there was enough evidence from Supreme Court investigation regarding human rights abuses against Omar Khadr to justify settling a civil suit brought forth by the former child soldier.
