After year-long court process, Toronto woman still at loss over dog attack

Wed, Jul 5: A year after a Toronto woman and her dog were injured by a dog that attacked them, she says the system has failed them. The woman said she doesn’t even know where the offending dog is or whether it has attacked since. Christina Stevens reports
