Strata fines senior $50 for hanging Canadian flag on his property

Sat, Jul 1: Today is the most patriotic day of the year with Canadians everywhere proudly flying the flag. But it’s something that’s costing a senior from Vancouver Island $50 a week. That’s because flying his Canadian flag on his strata- run complex violates the bylaw. Kristen Robinson reports.
