Videos circulating on social media appear to show feces being rubbed in the face of a dog while the same dog can later be seen being hit. The Greater Sudbury Police Service began investigating the video of the incident on Wednesday after receiving complaints and hours later, two local residents were identified and arrested. Both individuals were charged with one count of animal cruelty.
