Falling concrete from Gardiner Expressway, excessive trucks loads raises safety concerns

Toronto Police reports today that chunks of concrete fallen or appearing to have fallen from the elevated portion of the Gardiner or truck puts safety of commuters at risk. The Minister of Transportation is currently working on a one-year plan to regulate load weights at excavation sites.
