Case dropped for Longueuil black man contesting traffic tickets

A Longueuil resident appeared in court for the fifth time in the last 20 months to fight a ticket he received from two local police officers in what is considered to be a racial profiling incident. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, the case was dropped because of delays.
